Eggology Egg White Recipe of the Day: High Protein Peanut Butter Yogurt

We've been running great snack recipes for the upcoming Super Bowl this Sunday. The following recipe is one of my favorites and I highly suggest eating this the morning of the super bowl. It's protein-packed and flavorful and will fill your stomach so your snack food binging can be kept to a minimum! Note that this is made with non-fat Greek yogurt because it is packed with protein. 1 cup of Greek yogurt has 22 grams of protein in comparison to 6 ounces of regular yogurt that has 6 grams of protein.

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 cup plain-flavored Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 tablespoon Eggology egg whites
1/2 teaspoon (or more if desired) honey or agave nectar
Add in a few mini chocolate or carob chips (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients in bowl, mix together until fluffy and creamy. Enjoy!
